                     Here's a bit about me:

I am a proud mom of two adult daughters and have been married for 33 years to my college sweetheart.

As a coach, I joyfully collaborate with individuals, supporting their growth and dreams. I believe that it is an honor, a privilege, and, most importantly, a responsibility for me to do my utmost to provide value to each and every coaching conversation I have.

 

Before I started Coaching with Lora, I owned and operated an interior design business for several years, aligning my skills with my clients' visions to design homes that provide comfort and joy. Now, I engage in coaching conversations designed to provide space for deep reflection and empowerment, guiding people to discover and achieve what is important to them.

 

Beyond coaching, I enjoy gardening, iPhone photography, vision boards, cooking, traveling, and time with loved ones. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and I am ACC Certified by the International Coaching Federation.
